HBO has released a new trailer for the Carrie Fisher/Debbie Reynolds documentary Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds, which the cable channel will premiere on Saturday, January 7th at 8:00 PM ET, 7:00 PM CT.
The documentary was filmed last spring. It chronicles the close relationship between the famous and talented mother/daughter pair who lived next door to each other for many years and died within 1 day of each other last month.
UPDATE 1/6/17: Broadway theater marquees will dim their lights for one minute tonight at 7:45 PM ET in honor of Carrie and Debbie. Both actresses made their Broadway debuts in 1973 in Irene and appeared on Broadway in multiple shows afterwards.
